I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were extremely outdated and in need of a total refurbishment which was a downside, but on the bright side, the service was absolutely fantastic. The location was great, offering incredible views, but the dining fell a bit short despite the excellent food.
The hotel offers amazing views from the outdated rooms with separated beds, yet smaller than expected. The service is attentive and goes beyond expectations, including small gestures like bacon treats. The location is extraordinary, offering incredible views of the Lake and convenient access to shopping, sightseeing, and skiing. The dining experience, though good, lacks consideration for halal needs. The facilities are well-equipped and maintained.
